Consultation

One of our consultants will meet with you to really understand your goals and analyse your career path. This will include taking the time to assess the right culture/industry fit for you.

If you have ever been involved as the hiring manager, you will appreciate how many CVs deliver clichés but lack the ability to demonstrate real added value. Shortlisting

In representing in you the market, our consultants draw on a vast network of client connections and present you with a comprehensive list of potential opportunities based on your initial consultations. Your details are locked down and never shared without your permission - we understand the sensitivity when working at this level. Integrity and professionalism are paramount.

Based on your feedback, your consultant will outline your approach to the market, identifying key processes and timescales. You will agree communication preferences, timings and updates at the outset, so you can remain in control of the process at all times.

Coaching & Support

Moving into the interview process, we provide a full coaching package. Our board have a wealth of recruitment experience and take a hands-on approach when working with our top level professionals. This can include psychometric testing and reviews, interview coaching and leadership training.
